WHY Java Again ??

FOR (1) - SLow Slow SLow...... it is not the first day we encountered the problem. Java i guess is the one language which compile with slowest among those other programming language. In performance wise, it also run with slowly and caused a lot of memory usage.

FOR (2) - As in point no.1, Memory usage high is a killing point for Java. Nowadays which application done in Java also will face with memory usage too high this problem no matter from architect level or even a junior developer. It is because of Java is always create new Instance for different different object which quite common used in any of the application.

FOR (3) - Open Source, are you think is a benefit? NO NO NO. Open source meant any of the developer also can code on their own standard or implementation. So what problem nowadays, as what we have seen, there are plenty of framework which in market now, even for famous framework also more than 10 times, it makes developer cannot concentrate in one side for higher implementation with Java language. Spring framework offer dependency injection and inversion of control, struts framework provide perfect graphical presentation framework for web development, Hibernate create simple and easy database connection, EJB provide good interface implementation with business logic... a lot a lot...... Who can learn all???? that's why everyone know the basic and start to bull shit....SIgh!

FOR (1) - In java platform, it has cleverly seperate the implementation file in Class format and Interface file in Interface format, so that make less dependencies in every class and make them able to be reused.

FOR (2) - Safe and Secure mostly talk about the Java development life-cycle. Java is totally different management life-cycle with other programming language, it has good and safely thread implementation. As example, if one of the thread processes are "died", the application will still "alive" with safely for other processes. Other than that, pointer will be another advantage in Java as well. As well known that pointer is hard to have a good management in the software development life-cycle, that's why Java didn't exposed the pointer features for developers and make Java simple with provided debugged classes and library to develop application.

FOR (3) - Java is one of the language can run in different OS platform such as microsoft, linux, unix family and so on and so forth. It makes developer no need to have 2 copies just for same application which deploy in different OS platform.

大家来听听我讲故事吧。

人生真无奈，努力工作为了什么？赚更多的钱啊，当然每个人都明白，可是在这个世界上，太多太多的不公平了。现在的社会非常的奇怪，不明白为什么做得越少的人却赚越多钱，做的要死不死的人才赚那一点点。就好像我的那一行，IT，PM不需要做太多的，却拿高薪，Developer才拿一点点，就算Team Lead 又如何，还不是一样，打了一年多的工，才拿几千元而已。

讲到这里更气，报读诗书的大学生vs中学毕业的王茂小子，个个人都把大学生请去打工，就这样变成了一种风气，大学生一定会去打工的，反之，中学毕业的却自己搞些小生意，赚了不少，至少也是我的30倍吧。好不忿，真的很无奈。。。哎！！！！！

我也想好像其他的人一样办个小生意，但又可以做什么，真的很烦的。。。几时才可以筹到300千给我开保龄球场啊。。。。

New company , new life

Nearly joint new company, ai...luck not bad but also not so good....

my company oh...basically can be said quite rich, so no longer worry about what no salary paid or no claim paid....this sounds good to me....yeah....

but this company i found out few limitations, actually also quite terrible in sense.

1. Company didnt well done in its Delivery management, each of the teams has been divided, less chances in knowledge transfer, this will cause company wont have enough share knowledge for upper level to lower level.

2. IT team no a list of standard framework, it divided in a lot of team, that why each of the team using different framework, no standard, make works hard to complete and also no team switching support. That's why each team member also involve in support, waste the development time.

3. Project Management skill is not strong enough, functional is not yet confirmed but ask development started, development completed already, there are some of the requirements are not yet confirmed yet also,sigh....

4. Sales team problem, sales team should target more in different different perspective, these right,but also need to measure the project scope and the price, should charge higher or fight for higher charged project, those below 100k should not accept any more, this will cause every projet not enough ppl to complete, why dont focus on those big and close client????

5. Even company provide training but at last only few ppl would know about it as i mention in point 1,no knowledge transfer. It is a big deal since each of the system only 1 main or key person to look into it, if the person leave, meanwhile the project should be finished as well.

Not to comment much, but this company got potential and start improving, hopefully not joining wrong again....gagaga.....

Hahaha....Well, he is my target...which also my best admired.

He is great, 1975 he left his collegues and start to build up his software empires.

I have a 10 years mission to fight for a chance to beat this guy but unfortunately he are going to leave his empires soon...

sad....no more target in my IT life.....

Where can i find my new target....Aiks.....
