New company , new life

Nearly joint new company, ai...luck not bad but also not so good....

my company oh...basically can be said quite rich, so no longer worry about what no salary paid or no claim paid....this sounds good to me....yeah....

but this company i found out few limitations, actually also quite terrible in sense.

1. Company didnt well done in its Delivery management, each of the teams has been divided, less chances in knowledge transfer, this will cause company wont have enough share knowledge for upper level to lower level.

2. IT team no a list of standard framework, it divided in a lot of team, that why each of the team using different framework, no standard, make works hard to complete and also no team switching support. That's why each team member also involve in support, waste the development time.

3. Project Management skill is not strong enough, functional is not yet confirmed but ask development started, development completed already, there are some of the requirements are not yet confirmed yet also,sigh....

4. Sales team problem, sales team should target more in different different perspective, these right,but also need to measure the project scope and the price, should charge higher or fight for higher charged project, those below 100k should not accept any more, this will cause every projet not enough ppl to complete, why dont focus on those big and close client????

5. Even company provide training but at last only few ppl would know about it as i mention in point 1,no knowledge transfer. It is a big deal since each of the system only 1 main or key person to look into it, if the person leave, meanwhile the project should be finished as well.


Not to comment much, but this company got potential and start improving, hopefully not joining wrong again....gagaga.....
